About Me

Greetings, I was born and raised in the inner-city area of San Antonio, TX, which I decided to leave the culture and the safety of friends and family to explore the United States.  I decided to attend a small catholic college in Sioux City, IA to obtain my B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Environmental Science.  From there, I decided to become a graduate teaching assistant (GTA) and specialize more in the field of Biology by gaining more conceptual knowledge at Fort Hays State University by working on plants and conducting my field research in the Black Hills and in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada and granted a M.S in Biology in 2009.  From there, I decided to become a teacher in the trenches of secondary education and work on changing the paradigms of teenagers in understanding that they need to reach or exceed thier potential in life in and out of school.  I have thought science at a military school for five years while finishing up my teaching credentials and be granted a Master's in Education in 2011.  In addition, I have left my  so that you many see the various experiences that I have had through my life in academia.  Recently, I have decided to take a principalship at Willow Lake Jr./Sr. High School in Willow Lake, South Dakota.  During this time, I will work on my goals in completing my specialist degree which will lead into my doctorate.
